What are the benefits of the MS500 stepper?

How to use your mini stepper
With the MS500 stepper, you use all of your muscular and cardiovascular systems at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3
- to 5
-minute warm
-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.

If you want to give your core and abs an even more thorough workout, you can twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a more all
-round workout.
